Affiliate Disclosure
Player Checklist earns revenue through affiliate marketing. This is what that means in plain terms.
How affiliate links work
Some links on this site — specifically the "Visit site" links on casino cards — contain tracking parameters that identify Player Checklist as the referring site. When you click one of those links, register an account with the operator, and meet the operator's qualifying criteria (typically making a deposit), we receive a referral commission from that operator.
The commission is paid by the operator, not by you. There is no additional cost to you from using our links versus going directly to the operator's site.
What it does not affect
The commission arrangement does not determine which operators appear on this site, in what order they appear, or what verdict they receive. Operators with higher referral rates have been excluded because they did not meet our selection criteria. Operators with lower rates appear because they did.
No operator can pay for a higher rating, a more prominent position, or a more favourable description. Operators are not given editorial approval over their listings. If an operator objects to their listing, they can contact us via the contact page — that does not mean the listing will change.
How to identify affiliate links
On the casino showcase, affiliate links are the "Visit site" links on the right-hand action panel of each card. They carry the rel="sponsored noopener nofollow" attribute in the HTML, which is the standard disclosure mechanism for commercial links. The "Official site" links below each primary CTA are non-tracked.
Regulatory context
This disclosure is provided in accordance with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidance on affiliate marketing, and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on online reviews. All linked operators hold current UKGC licences. We do not list or link to unlicensed gambling sites.
